Cheese Ball Appetizer

1 8 ounce. whipped cream cheese

1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

1/2 lb. Muenster cheese

10 pimento olives, finely chopped

pinch of salt

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

2 tablespoon. mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

chopped nuts as needed

Appetizer Preparation:

1. In medium bowl add all ingredients and blend well. Using your bare hands mold the cheese mixture into a cheese ball or even a cheese log.

2. Roll the ball or log in chopped nuts or even paprika.

3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve with crackers.

Barbecue Cocktail Meatball Appetizer

2 lb. ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup milk

1/2 bread crumbs

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup barbecue sauce

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup apricot jam

Preparation:

1. Combine beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, eggs and salt. Mix well and make into small balls. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.

2. In large sauce pan add in barbecue sauce, water and jam. Add in meatballs and letsimmer on low for 10 minutes.

3. Serve with toothpicks.
